After two years of planning and a few days of writing, our web pages were declared ready enough to be published. Enjoy! :-)

For the last days of our summer holiday we travalled to my father's summer cottage to Kuhmoinen. It's a rather small village about 200 kms north of Helsinki, by the lake Päijänne. The weather was excellent and all four of us really had a good time. Me and Hannu took it easy while the boys carried out their own little projects - such as digging, running, digging a bit more, running... Jaro learned to like the water and how to swim. Me and Hannu learned 21 new tricks to keep an excited puppy away from the lake every now and then (the water wasn't too warm). Jusa learned five more ways to slip across the border of our yard - fortunately he never goes too far, there just would have been something very interesting on the neighbour's side... Very educating holiday anyway. And relaxing.
We took pictures too, you can see them here. Do you see something in common with these new pics and the photos taken in February? ;-) I still need to find out how to put a video to these pages, we have a quite funny clip where Jaro is getting angry because of an underwater stone...

Jaro entered his very first show in Mikkeli. Judge, mrs. Raouli Kantzou from Greece gave him the best of breed puppy title for today. He was the only male puppy and in the puppy class there were only two competitors altogether, but considering that this was the first time in the ring for both of us, I'm extremely proud of him. He posed nicely and didn't jump at all while trotting - this was something totally different compared to our reherseals. Natural born show dog? ;-)
I took my camera to the show too, but before our turn I was too nervous and afterwards too excited to remember it. A bit embarrassing. That means no pictures this time. The judgement, however, can be read here.
